Coparenting Skills

The Coparenting Skills Workshop is a structured program designed to help coparents improve their relationship. The workshop includes education, strategies, and practical tools for effective communication, conflict resolution, and collaborative parenting. The goal is to create a more harmonious environment for the children involved, ensuring their well-being and stability.  The workshop is facilitated between the therapist and one or both coparents. Sessions are 1-hour each week for 8 weeks.

Seminars are available to be facilitated live online. If located in the Jacksonville, St Augustine, or surrounding areas, the seminar may be facilitated in-person. Seminars can be provided at schools, churches, child care centers or corporate offices. Specific areas of focus may be requested. Seminars may be provided on a one-time or on-going basis and can vary in length.
