Coparenting Skills
Workshop
The Coparenting Skills Workshop is a structured program designed to help coparents improve their relationship. The workshop includes education, strategies, and practical tools for effective communication, conflict resolution, and collaborative parenting. The goal is to create a more harmonious environment for the children involved, ensuring their well-being and stability. The workshop is facilitated between the therapist and one or both coparents. Sessions are 1-hour each week for 8 weeks.
Live Seminars
Seminars are available to be facilitated live online. If located in the Jacksonville, St Augustine, or surrounding areas, the seminar may be facilitated in-person. Seminars can be provided at schools, churches, child care centers or corporate offices. Specific areas of focus may be requested. Seminars may be provided on a one-time or on-going basis and can vary in length.
Individual Coparent
Coaching
Individual coparent counseling helps parents manage the complexities of coparenting by offering personalized guidance and support. The sessions focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and developing effective parenting strategies, all tailored to the specific needs of the individual parent and their family situation.
Coparent Support Group
The Coparent Support Group provides an opportunity for parents who are navigating the challenges of coparenting to come together. The group provides a safe and supportive space for parents to share experiences, seek advice, and receive emotional support from others facing similar situations. The group meets virtually once a month. Clients who have completed the Coparenting Skills Workshop will receive a discount on enrollment into the Support Group.
